All elevators are secured after business hours, and require an access card or key fob to use them.  Elevators operate between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and are locked 24/7 weekends and evening hours during the week.  If you need to use the service elevator after normal business hours or on weekends, please submit a request in JBG SMITH Connect or contact the Property Management Team.

Service elevators can be reserved before building hours from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday or after building hours 6:00 p.m. until needed, Saturday and Sunday as scheduled will need to have an engineer provide overtime services for afterhours and weekends.  Tenants will need to submit a ticket request via JBG SMITH CONNECT.
